Student Manager - Assists in the overall operation of the dining hall during assigned shift, ensuring that quality and quantity standards are prompt, effective, and provides courteous customer service; maintains frequent contact with students and other patrons. Works with and supports upper management; supervises student staff during meal periods and closing to maintain food safety procedures and ensure proper clean up; follows all safety procedures when handling cash and records all shortages/overages. Undertakes and insures completion of all opening and closing responsibilities.
